Greenhouse Baby Leaf Production

Arugula, spinach, and mangold are cultivated in greenhouses using precision drip irrigation and fertigation systems. This ensures consistent quality and hygiene across all growth cycles.
Post-Harvest Handling

Immediately after harvest, the greens are washed, dried, and sorted using a two-stage sanitization process. All processes are carried out under strict hygiene protocols.
Cold Storage & Handling

Processed products are stored in temperature-controlled units between +2°C and +5°C. The entire cold chain is carefully managed to preserve freshness and shelf life.
