Production Process

Greenhouse-Based Production:

Baby leaf greens are grown in greenhouses using drip irrigation and controlled fertilization (fertigation) systems. This ensures consistent quality and hygiene in every cycle.

Harvesting and Processing:

The products are washed, dried, and sorted immediately after harvest. All processing lines operate under hygienic conditions with a two-stage disinfection system.

Cold Chain and Storage:

Processed products are stored in cold storage at a constant temperature between +2°C and +5°C. All products are shipped via cold chain to maintain quality and freshness.
